Yes. We can customize the box according to your design, size, material, printing, finishing, and packaging requirements. The MOQ for a custom design is 500 pieces. Please send us your artwork and requirements so we can confirm the design feasibility and provide the best quotation.
Yes. A custom sample is charged according to your design and requirements. We can also provide a standard sample for quality checking at no charge; however, the shipping cost is not included and should be covered by the buyer.
The sample lead time is usually 3 to 5 days, depending on the box structure, materials, finishing, and artwork requirements.
Before production, we usually provide 2D and 3D digital proofs for your approval. This allows you to clearly review the artwork, structure, and assembled appearance of the box.
Please send your artwork in an editable format, such as AI, EPS, or PSD, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Our in-house design team can help adjust the layout and prepare the final artwork at no additional design charge once the order is confirmed. We will send the final layout to you for approval before production.
The usual production lead time is approximately 12 to 15 working days, depending on quantity and finishing. To ensure quality, pre-production samples are made for approval, incoming materials and semi-finished products are inspected, and third-party inspections are supported before dispatch.
