Free samples can be offered without a customized logo (freight collect via your express account). For samples with customized logo printing, the cost is 30 USD, which is fully refundable after placing an order of more than 1,000 pcs.

Q 2. What is the sample lead time?

It takes 3-5 days if you need custom logo printing, and 1-2 days for our existing samples for reference. The courier transit time is approximately 4-7 days.

Q 3. What is the mass production lead time?

Production normally takes 10-15 days after sample approval and confirmation, or can be negotiated based on actual order volume.

Q 4. What shipping methods and terms do you offer?

For small orders, we usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx Express. For large volume orders, we recommend DDP delivery door-to-door by Sea, Truck, or Railway (including taxes).

Q 5. What are your accepted payment terms?

We accept T/T, Western Union, Bank Transfer, or Alibaba Trade Assurance. We also accept a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% final payment before delivery.
