Can I get a product sample?
Yes, of course. We will make a sample after the setup cost is paid, and take photos for your verification. If you need a physical sample, we can deliver it via freight collect.

We will provide a tracking number immediately upon shipment so you can monitor the logistics status online.

I need some items urgently, how fast can you produce them?
For most items, rush production requires only 4-7 days. Depending on your exact product specifications, we will check the schedule to offer the fastest production turnaround.

What should I do if I receive incorrect items?
• If the goods received match the sample you confirmed, refunds cannot be accepted.
• If the goods differ from the confirmed sample, we will remake them for you free of charge.
